Service & Repair of Security & CCTV Systems

When purchasing a security system, the ability of the installer to provide effective after service should always be be considered. Unfortunately, this is often not the case. At 4C Surveillance Systems we ensure all our customers receive exemplary service no matter where they are located.

We can service and repair all makes of security systems.

Service

All new security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems installed by 4C Surveillance Systems include a FREE 12 routine month service. Why, because we want our customers to know their systems are providing the highest level of security.

For a reasonable monthly fee, customers can also opt to take advantage of our tailored Annual Service & Maintenance agreements. Examples of packages include those below, but can be tailored to suit individual needs:

  •  Fully Comprehensive Maintenance - Includes routine and emergency service calls, guaranteed response within set time-frames, repair and replacement of faulty components.

  • Semi Comprehensive Maintenance - Includes routine and emergency service calls and guaranteed response within set time-frames.

  • Annual Service - Includes routine service calls.

Repair

Our technicians can repair all makes of security system and we carry a comprehensive stock of spare parts for CCTV, intruder alarms and access control systems.

If a specific part is not in stock, we can usually obtain it within 24HRs.
